Description
Chanukah, the Festival of Lights, celebrates the miraculous victory of the few against the many, the weak against the mighty, and the righteous against the wicked.
The holiday also commemorates the the rededication of the Holy Temple, during which only one day’s supply of oil for the Temple Menorah miraculously lasted eight full days.
The joy and inspiration of these events come alive each year, as the Menorah lights illuminates the hope and promise of the miracles they commemorate.
This Menorah includes a box of 44 candles that burn for half and hour to complete the mitzvah.
