The book explores the nature and development of Jewish law – Halacha. The author, Eliezer Berkowitz, (1908-1992) – Professor of Philosophy and Orthodox rabbi, a disciple of Rabbi Yechiel Yaakov Weinberg. He has written 19 books on Jewish philosophy and Halacha. In the Russian language being translated two books – “Faith after the Holocaust” and “God, Man and History.”
