Naftoli Shraiber was born in Kiev, Ukriane, in 1977 to a Jewish family. He later immigrated to Israel in 1991. He studied in yeshivot in Israel and in the United States, and worked for the Israeli Rabbinate. His interests include ancient and Middle Age philosophy, as well as the study of foreign languages. He is married to a Jewish woman, and is raising Jewish children, to whom he strongly advises to marry only within the Jewish nation.
